Mr. Jack SO Chak-kwong, is Vice Chairman of Credit Suisse (Greater China). He is also Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and the deputy Chairman and Group Managing Director of PCCW from 2003 to 2007. Before that, he was Chairman and Chief Executive of the Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited from 1995. He is also an advisor to the China Netcom Group, and a non-executive Director of American International Assurance Company Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. Mr. SO was also appointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Film Development Council and Member of the Commission on Strategic Development.
