Hong Kong Trade Development Council
Benjamin CHAU Kai-leung is an Assistant Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (TDC). He led the TDC's Exhibitions and Exhibition Services divisions from 1997 until mid-2007. Under his leadership, he built the TDC's fair portfolio to more than 30 world-class international trade fairs in Hong Kong every year. Eight of these fairs are the largest of their kind in Asia and two are also the biggest events of their kind in the world. Mr CHAU now oversees both the Product Promotion and Service Promotion Divisions, spearheading the TDC's extensive manufacturing and service industries' promotion programme in the Chinese mainland and overseas. Mr CHAU also oversees TDC's Design Gallery. With two retail outlets, Design Gallery promotes Hong Kong designers and creative excellence in product design.
